Group sessions, called mettamorphosis, are offered in workshop or retreat settings which offer an extended opportunity for personal development and growth, where we practice and deepen mindfulness, meditation, breath work and movement in a supportive environment with likeminded others.
Facilitated by coach + mentor Nicci Cloete, these events are always held in places of exceptional natural beauty, and large periods of our time together are spent in noble silence.
Previous retreats have taken place in South Africa at Temenos (McGregor), Bodhi Khaya (Gansbaai), The Buddhist Retreat Centre (Ixopo, KZN) and The Blue Butterfly Centre (Welbedacht Nature Reserve outside Tulbagh), and at Oana Nature Reserve in the deep South of Namibia.
mettamorphosis offerings may be day-long mini-retreats, or take place over a number of days.
They may be in Southern Africa or abroad, depending on the developments of Covid19 over the next number of months.
Any interested attendees will be required to attend an individual session with Nicci in advance of the event, via Zoom or in person, depending on your location.
